All diamonds and jewelry sold by Fancy Diamonds are made of authentic untreated natural colored diamonds of a consistently high quality and value. Independent laboratory certificates from GIA, EGL, AGS, HRD or IGI are obtainable on request for all diamonds and colored gemstones.
This warranty covers each item of fine jewelry for defects in manufacturing only, and expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear, physical or accidental abuse, loss and theft. This warranty is valid only at Fancy Diamonds. Improper repairs or warranty services performed by someone other than Fancy Diamonds will render this warranty null and void. Fancy Diamonds disclaims any liability for consequential or incidental damages for breach of written or implied warranty of this item, including its merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
