Customers who prefer not to order through the Internet can print out one of our on-line fax order form, fill it in and fax it to us.

Shipping
Shipping on orders over $500 is free of charge anywhere in the world. Shipping on orders less than $500 will be charged $25 regardless of the delivery destination.

All orders are fully insured before shipping. Items are usually shipped within 48 hours after Fancy Diamonds receives payment for the order. Shipments cannot be made to P.O boxes. Orders received and paid for on Thursday will be shipped on Sunday, which is a working day in Israel. No item is shipped until full payment has been received. Every item is shipped with an invoice and an appraisal if one has been requested. Unless the buyer requests an alternative shipping method, an order with a purchase value of up to $8,000 is shipped by registered mail and is insured by Fancy Diamonds while in transit. Orders with a purchase value of over $8,000 are shipped with one of the diamond courier companies free of charge. Merchandise usually arrives within 2 business days. The ordering customers will pay for the cost of using an alternative shipping method.
