They almost had to pass the plate around for former E.R. star, Michael Michele at the L'Oreal Paris Legends Gala charity event in New York.

Michele borrowed a diamond and emerald-encrusted piece from designer Mimi So, to wear for the event held at the American Museum of Natural History in Manhattan. However, it is doubtful that anyone was green with envy when Michele noticed the $250,000 bracelet was missing.

Notwithstanding that Michele considers Mimi, “one of my dear friends,” there is no doubt the loss of the colorful bauble would have been an unpleasant occurrence.

All’s well that ends well though, and Michele’s blushes were spared when the Good Samaritan who found the bracelet handed it in to the security team, who returned it to its rightful borrower.
