A dream coming True:) Le Coeur rose   When I started to understand that me and my girlfriends realentionship was going to be a marrige I thought that I had to find the perfect stone to give her. (I know that the ring is'nt the most important but I just wanted to find the perfect stone to give her :) ). My girlfriend LOVES pink and hearts:) Almost everything she has in her apartment is pink. For example she has pink frying pan and pink toolkit:) So I thought is there possible to find a pink diamond that is heart shaped? You see I live in Norway and here all jewelry shops only sells rings with colorless diamonds, I really don't know why..   I had no belive that I would find a pink heart shaped diamond that I could afford but I thought that if I not try to find it I will always regret. So I go checking on the internet for pink diamonds and what do I find? A whole new world! I had never even thought that you could find diamonds in all thinkable colours. Leibish&Co was the first site I found that sold natural fancy diamonds. And I bet you can inmagine how happy I was when I saw that they had pink diamonds to affordable prices. So the hunt for the perfect diamond begun. I can't remember how many houres I have spent looking at diamonds, I fall in love with them :) After many months of searching I randomly saw at diamond sets just for fun and what did I see? A set of three heart shaped diamonds two yellow and one brownish pink. I emailed Leibish&Co and asked if I could by the pink one, And they said yes :) I was so happy now I had found the perfect stone to purpose with :) And I was right. I was so nervous when I was about to open the letter with diamond would it be so beatiful as I saw on the picture ? So I opened the letter and the box with the diamond fall out, When I picked it up and turned it around so I could see the diamond I was stunned... It was so BEATIFUL! A perfect pink heart shaped diamond! :)   I'm so happy with Leibish&Co they sold me the perfect diamond to set in a ring and propose with, a diamond it would be impossible to find in norway. And there customer service is excellent! Customer service and Craftsmanship  that surpass Expectation   My first experience with Leibish & Co was to purchase and return a diamond. I had received advise from Aviva that the diamond was probably not to my taste, but didn't heed it. Upon receiving the stone, I found she was right. Through the transaction I learned Leibish customer service is outstanding. What could have been uncomfortable (buying and returning a 3 carat diamond internationally and over the internet) was easy and safe. A   fter that, I waited 2 years to purchase again. When I began shopping, Aviva remembered me. It is hard to find a higher diamond quality, selection or more competitive price, but perhaps the best part of Leibish is the customer service.   I own many diamonds and recently purchased a 1 carat fancy yellow as well as a half carat blue. Each of these was set into a ring. The custom design process was meticulous and the craftsmanship went beyond my expectations. The rings are stunning. Working with Mali is a pleasure   I've worked with Mali on two occasions to source pink diamonds for an engagement ring and then a wedding band. On both occasions, Mali was a pleasure to work with and always gave expert honest opinions. She is also very quick in responding to requests for details on the diamonds e.g. GIA cents, pictures etc. She also always gives her customers the best price possible - no bargaining required. Thank you Leibish & Co. for my my gogeous, lucky ring!   My husband and I decided to upgrade my ring for our 12th anniversary. I had my heart set on a canary yellow diamond, but having looked at Tiffany's and other local jewelers, I was afraid what I wanted was out of our price range.   I started researching online and discovered Leibish. The inventory was huge, the descriptions and photos were excellent, and the prices were almost too good to be true! So of course I researched even more.   Once I felt confident the source was legitimate, my shopping began in earnest. Amir was so helpful, answering emails in the middle of the night (ok, there WAS a time difference but still, it was great to wake up at 4 am to a response!) When my pear-shaped canary diamond set in it's custom-designed pave weave band was delivered, it met every expectation and even exceeded a few (the workmanship of the yellow gold basket is phenomenal.) And when I had it appraised for insurance purposes, the appraisal came in 72% above what I paid for it. Now that is value for the money!   I call this my lucky ring because 2 days after I had it on my finger, I was hit by an SUV while on my motorcycle. Among other injuries, the thumb on my left hand was broken. That hand was covered in scrapes. Exceptional service and excellent product line   I came across the website of Leibish & Co while researching diamond investment ideas. I was immediately mesmerised by the vast selection of beautiful color diamonds on the website. Amir did a good job presenting me with options suiting my high clarity requirement. In fact as it was very hard for me to choose only 2 of the 5 stones he recommended, I decided to go with 4 of the diamonds.   At every stage he was very patient and very prompt and courteous in answering my queries whether by email or phone. With only a few discussions, I was able to narrow down setting choices for the 4 diamonds I purchased, and all pieces - 3 pendants and a ring - were completed and delivered to me roughly 1 month after the initial stones recommendations. Any design changes I requested meanwhile were acccomdated. They themselves recommended few changes too to suit the diamonds. My fiance purchased my engagement ring (a 1.17 cushion cut fancy light yellow diamond in a solitaire pave setting) from Leibish. I always knew I wanted something different for my engagement ring, so I went to Birks and Tiffany, which I thought would have more options than your average jewelry in Toronto. I fell in love with their yellow diamond rings, but needless to say, I was truly disappointed in their customer service and frustrated with their prices. That's when my online research began. It took a lot of effort to convince my boyfriend (now fiance), that it was ok to spend thousands of dollars in a ring that we had actually not seen from an overseas company. However, after reading the reviews here, and watching Mr. Polnauer's CNBC interview on color diamonds, we knew Leibish was the best option for us. I checked the Leibish website for a couple of weeks until I finally found a diamond I really liked. Right away I reserved it (I even received an email from Mr. Polnauer confirming that it was reserved!), and started emailing back and forth with Aviva, from their Customer Service Department.   We wired the funds, decided on the setting and were told it would be ready in 22 business days. I consider myself a very picky person, and I exchanged approximately 60 or so emails with Aviva. I asked every possible question about the ring, the diamond, the shipping, etc. She responded every single one of them within hours (considering there is a 7 hour time difference). Working with her was just amazing! Her responses were always accurate, cheerful and I admired all the patience she had dealing with me :)   To my surprise the ring was finished in 13 business days! Even though we had issues picking it up, Aviva always kept me informed of the situation, and found the best possible solution. We picked it up yesterday and OMG!!!! It is truly beautiful! I had seen photos of my ring in their "sold" items section on their website, but to see it "in person" is a different story. Even my fiance was grateful for the decision that we made. He saved thousands of dollars, and got the best ring ever. I haven't seen anyone else in Toronto wearing a fancy yellow diamond ring! :)   I recommend Leibish to everyone who is looking just for the best. Hi Amir,   I wanted to share with you some happy news:  last weekend, I proposed, and Megan accepted!  Everyone is going nuts over the ring.  Megan has been receiving compliments right and left.  People have called the ring "unique," "gorgeous," and "drool-worthy."  The consensus is that the stone is utterly gorgeous and that nobody has ever seen anything quite like it.  Also, nobody can quite describe the color.  The certificate describes the stone as orange-brown, which is of course accurate, but people have seen shades of pink and red.  It's absolutely beautiful, and Megan has repeatedly thanked me for being so thoughtful.  I, in turn, thank you for all of your help.  We will send you a picture of the two of us as soon as possible, and I will fill out an I-vouch sometime this week.   I do have one other question for you.  It turns out that the rings are a bit too big.  Do you know of and recommend anyone in New York City to whom we can take the rings to be re-sized?  They are so beautiful, and I don't want anybody damaging them in the process.  Any tips would be greatly appreciated.   I hope you are doing well and please send my thanks to anyone else at Leibish who helped with the rings.  This process has been fun, and you guys have been incredibly helpful and kind.   Best, R. I decided I wanted a colored diamond for my engagement ring. After tons of research I found Leibish and Co on the NCDIA website.   About 2 months ago I found a diamond I loved and knew I had to have. From the first email I had about the diamond it was a simply flawless process. Aviva was amazing she spoke with the jewelry designers to figure out which setting would be best for the stone and my finger.   I have a very small ring finger therefore it was important to have a setting that would look good on my hand. I like most people initially had reservations on purchasing a stone via the web but I received a persuasive recommendation from another jeweler to reach out to Leibish and Co to help with my search.

Like most I had already conducted an extensive amount of research by visiting my local traditional brick and mortar vendors, wholesalers and even other jeweler websites to become as well versed as possible on fancy stones.

When I finally contacted www.fancydiamonds.net I received an immediate response back from Mali Wasyng- Gavra (who is incredible at her job) which I found astounding since I was having issues receiving basic feedback from my local jewelers!

Over the course of a two month period Mali and I exchanged countless emails with regards to what I was looking for. Her response time to every single one of my emails and or phone calls was always within the same day even though we had a 10 hour timezone difference.

Mali was able to answer all of my questions and concerns with clear and concise answers that were 100% honest. Not once during our entire transaction did I ever feel the pressure of having to purchase a stone.

When I finally decided on the stone I was so impressed with my service that I also had them design the setting for me. I provided Mali with numerous pictures and details of what I wanted the ring to look like and she told me that this particular setting could be done within a matter of 22 business days. Well, this should have come as no surprise to me but they had the ring finished in exactly 14 days after I had wired the funds which by the way was a perfectly smooth transaction.

Mali provided me with the images of the ring and I was blown away by the attention to detail that they adhered to from the images and instructions that I had provided. They had created an identical replica.

When the ring arrived 2 days later( another smooth transaction) the pictures that she provided me via email although beautiful in their own right could not do the finished product justice. The piece is absolutely magnificent!

My fiance has had the ring on her finger for approximately 1 week and she's had almost eveyone woman and quite a few men that she's encountered both at work and in social settings comment on how incredible the ring is!

Everyone knows a horror story or two about the internet. Always someone trying to make a quick buck or rip somebody off.

Let me tell you about one of the good guys...Leibish & Co.

First of all, I must say I was skeptical. You send a wire transfer for a large sum of money and they send you a diamond. Sounded easy enough, but would I get my diamond or lose my money?

Mali Wasyng-Gavra was great to deal with. She answered every question I asked about the Argyle pink diamond I was considering and put my mind to ease about the wire transfer and shipping proceedures. When my diamond arrived at my house in Western Canada three days later, I was blown away.

To anyone considering ordering a diamond on line, I would strongly urge you to read all the testimonials about this company because they are all true.

Found Leibish online as it had the biggest selction of color diamonds which I was looking to use in a custom ring setting.

The process was very smooth and Leibish was very responisve. They helped me custom design the ring and walked me through the whole process.

When I got it appraised, the gemologist was amazed at the price I paid. He believed that the wholesale price was 50% more than the price Leibish charged me.

He also said the diamonds had great clarity and color and that it was a very well done setting.

I was looking for a 10th Anniversary gift for my wife and wanted something a bit unusual. I decided on a chameleon diamond and starting doing research on-line. Atfer searching and corresponding on-line, I settled on Leibish.

My rep, Aviva Spotts, was knowledgeable and helpful, taking calls very late at night to complete the transaction. Total process was around 2.5 week (2ish weeks to create the ring, and a few days to clear customs/shipping). The custom ring with a 1ct CHAM came exactly as pictured in the design. My wife loves it!

 Overall, I am extremely satisfied and will definitely use Leibish (and Aviva) again for any future purchase of a colored diamond.

As a first time buyer, I was a little nervous about wiring money and purchasing diamonds from overseas. I called the 800 number and spoke to a pleasant person who was very helpful and patient. He offered his personal opinion on the quality of the three different stones I was considering to help me narrow my choice.

All my questions were answered and I received my two diamonds and their official GIA reports a couple days later. The stones are beautiful.

The website is exceptional; easy to navigate and well designed.

Each specific stone has two or more high quality photographs and all the needed information to make your choices.

I spent several weeks pricing and debating choices and I felt the prices offered by Leibish and Co were very competitive. I could not have asked for a better experience overall

Once my fiancée and I selected our diamond through Leibish's website, we placed the order and paid by PayPal on a Friday evening. Perhaps two hours after placing the order I received an email informing me that the money had been received, but it was the week-end in Israel and our stone would be shipped out first thing on Sunday. Immediately I was pleased; the diamond actually arrived in Vancouver, BC on the following Tuesday - exceptionally quickly!
Unfortunately for both Leibish and I, PayPal threw a huge wrench in the payment process, first freezing the funds and then taking more than a week (!) to return them to me after they "determined" that the transaction was unauthorized (without even bothering to ask me, I might add). Mali at Leibish and Co. was extremely patient, communicated professionally, didn't attempt to place blame or pressure - just waited with me for PayPal to sort themselves out and apologized to me for my inconvenience! Imagine that - I had their merchandise and they didn't have their money, but still waited patiently with me for the resolution! A class act. Don't hesitate to do business with them.
Also: the diamond is beautiful and I'm still shaking my head a bit about what a great deal we got on it. :)

I did my home work as i was a little nervous about buying a pink diamond online, all references checked out, nobody had anything to say but postive things about this company and i can see why being a client myself.

I have purchased several fancy coloured diamonds from Leibish & Co. over a period of a few years, and I have been impressed with their ability to obtain not just matching pairs, but matching groups of 4 stones, even though procured at different time intervals.

Leibish & Co., kept records of my transaction details and stone colours for future matching purposes, even though my earlier purchases were no longer in their possession. In this respect, their web site indicating details of recently sold items is also very helpful.

I have enjoyed speaking with staff at Leibish & Co., especially Itzik and Mali, and they have dealt with requests promptly, in a friendly and professional way. They have obtained diamond-grading certificates when required and forwarded the stones and certificates promptly.

When I come to think about the next jewellery project, I know that I can rely on the Leibish & Co. website for a good colour indication of stones and clear supporting details.  I am aware that if there is a particular stone that I require, I can be assured that Leibish & Co. will keep a lookout for it for me.

It goes without saying that the stones which I have purchased have been fabulous.

I have purchased fancy colored diamonds from other vendors, so I have some experience. I spent the better part of 2 months corresponding with Leibish and his family, working toward the purchase of a 0.72 fancy vivid purplish pink SI1 Argyle diamond, which is a costly stone.

Leibish and family looked after me all the way. They responded quickly to my questions by email, sometimes within minutes! Every question, regardless of how trivial, was answered. They even offered to ask diamond expert Stephen C. Hofer to consult with me! They did not once pressure me into buying.

When I bought the stone, they confirmed receipt of payment as soon as it arrived to them. Shipment was immediate upon payment and the stone arrived promptly to me. All the paperwork was completed without any errors. The stone appeared exactly as shown on their website.

Having completed this transaction, I feel safe to say that Leibish and his family are kind and honorable people. They provide an excellent product and good old fashioned service, which is hard to find.

I surfed the site for a while before making my first purchase. Mali always answered my questions - on expensive diamonds, or inexpensive diamonds.

I never felt any pressure at all to buy a diamond. I always got the feeling that each customer was important, whether that customer was making a small purchase or a big purchase.

There was finally a stone that captured my heart from the get-go. A 0.42 carat Fancy Vivid Yellow Orange radiant. I was debating between that and another similar size Orangy Pink stone.

Mali gave her honest input and opinion on the 2 stones. I finally pulled the trigger on the orange radiant. The whole transaction was flawless and smooth.

Mali was kind enough to hold the stone for me for a week or two till my funds transfered to wire. She was very warm and kind.

When I got the stone today, I was completely blown away. The color is superb! The diamond is much much better in person than in pictures.

I will definitely be a returning customer to Leibish & Co. Cannot wait to get my next stone with them! Thanks Mali!

You were right about the stone. It faces up white and it glows under certain lighting. The ring a little loose, perhaps because of the style. But on the overall I am happy with the ring, the design turns out to be better than I thought.

What a wonderful experience I had buying a precious natural coloured damond from Leibish & Co. Jewelry.

I was looking for a very good damond. A damond worthy of holding onto for future security. My search of the Internet took me all over the world, to many sites offering many beautiful damonds. Then I found Leibish & Co. I was amazed at their selection of stones; the varieties of colours, the quality, the styles, the sizes were simply astounding, and their prices were unbelievable compared with other dealers. They were simply the best prices I could find for such fine quality damonds.

I was very apprehensive and cautious. I looked over the stones and then decided to ask about a few of them. I sent off an email of inquiry. I received a quick reply from Mali (an excellent representative for the company),who answered all of my questions, and pointed me to items that I may be interested in. She was most patient with me as I made my decisions.

As I had told Mali after some months of making up my mind, even though I was shopping by internet, she had made me feel so comfortable I felt I was actually in their store looking directly at the diamonds.

Once a selection was finally made, I could not believe the efficiency, the professional and secure process of delivery of the diamond. In less than 3 days, I had the diamond, and I live in Western Canada, 1/2 the world away from Leibish.

I found Leibish & Co. on the internet, and of course I was a bit skeptical about buying a diamond online. But they seemed to have the best selection of coloured diamonds, so I went with it.

My skepticism proved needless. My buying experience was very, very pleasant. The staff was incredibly helpful (Mali in particular). She walked me through each step, and did everything that she could to make sure I was comfortable with everything that was going on. She listened to all of my requests and made sure I got exactly what I wanted, which I did in the end.

I have been shopping with Leibish and Co. for about ten years. I am happy to say that all of my purchases have been been rewarding. I love finding a colored diamond that really catches my eye. Usually. I ask for an opinion about a stone.

Leibish and family are always happy and willing to help me. I have never been disapointed by any of the stones I have purchased. The stones always bring joy.

I have many white diamonds. A person only needs just so many white ones. When I found Leibish and Co., they opened a door to the world of colored diamonds. I cannot spend millions, but Leibish and Co. have stones in all price ranges. I can drool over what I can not afford, and yearn for something that I can afford.

I would highly recomend them to one and all. If you think white diamonds are wonderful, wait! Wait until you discover what color does to the sparkle.

Purchase: 2 x 0.15ct VS clarity fancy pink diamonds to set next to a 1.17ct D colour white diamond. (October 2009)

I've bought lots of goods over the internet over the last 15-20 years, and most of the time I've done so without a second thought...but when it came to such a large investment as a pair of fancy pink diamonds, I was seriously skeptical. How could they be so much less expensive than local diamond dealers?? My biggest concern was how we would be able to insure them on return if we didn't like them. However, I put my fears to one side and decided that we'd go for it...and aren't I glad that we did!

Chavi spent 3 months handling my persistent inquiries and suggested many different pairs to suit our taste and budget. Eventually, we decided on a suitably-sized pair, but wanted GIA certification, which Chavi organised without the slightest of bother: the certs were returned swiftly and at lower than normal cost.

The pair we purchased were ever-so-slightly smaller than a pair that we had viewed at a local diamond shop - and of equivalent clarity and grade - and yet the price tag was less than a third that of the local dealer.

Chavi was always extremely helpful and cooperative, sending many photos of different pairs set next to a similarly-sized diamond as my wife's. This really helped us get an impression of how they would look, both in terms of size and colour. (I have made similar requests to other online dealers and had no response).

When we finally purchased, we received the diamonds in the UK less than 2 full days after receipt of payment. I'm confident that the next time we buy any precious stones, e.g. for my daughter, we'll be back to shop at Leibish & Co.

In short, I would say that Leibish & Co. offer outstanding service and great quality diamonds at an excellent price. I would highly recommend them.

Like many others, I was skeptical about buying diamonds online. I researched over 60 online stores before I settled on Leibish & Co. My hard work paid off. Leibish & Co. has superior quality and service compared to all other stores.

As a graduate student, my finances were more limited than those of other clients. However, Chavi and Itzik treated me with respect from day one.

Chavi helped me find the most beautiful 1.35 ct. Fancy Deep Orange-Brown diamond that I could have imagined.

Even though the diamond came with a GIA certificate, I was still nervous since this was my first major purchase. Therefore, I asked for a second GIA certificate and for the diamond to be laser inscribed.

Chavi accommodated this request with no problem. Now I have two GIA reports and more importantly, all the ratings are identical. Therefore, you can really trust the reliability of these reports.

Once I received the ring (which was very fast), I discovered that the size of the band was too small. Our local jeweler wanted to cut the band to add more platinum. Because this sounded radical, I contacted Leibish. As I suspected, this procedure was unnecessary and would have probably harmed our ring. Itzik worked with me to send it to their NYC office for resizing, at no charge.

I was so pleased with the service and so confident in the quality of the diamonds, that I purchased two 0.35ct. Fancy Deep Yellow-Orange side stones to compliment the main stone.

Although the engagement ring looked amazing even without the side stones, the sparkle from all three stones is breathtaking. The ring is superior to all other rings that I have seen among my friends and colleagues. In fact, it is superior to all other rings that I have seen in local jewelry stores.

In the end, I spent slightly over 80% of my net worth. It was worth every penny. The best part is the price that I paid was consistent with what my friends and colleagues who have six figure salaries paid for their engagement rings.

I highly recommend Leibish & Co. Their service is outstanding and they have diamonds to fit all budgets and tastes.

If you are looking for the best and most trustworthy source for a fancy diamond, look no further. I am completely pleased, delighted and bedazzled with my purchase from Leibish & Co.

I discovered Leibish & Co. almost as a whim,while doing a search for fancy yellow diamonds on eBay and Google. Their link came up in a sidebar, so I went looking! After viewing their website and finding a stone that I wanted (at what seemed to be an unbelievable price), I contacted them via email. They responded within hours and assisted in the details of the purchase using wire transfer from my bank.

As soon as I made my purchase online, they contacted me by phone to confirm; the company was in Hong Kong for a gem show - and I have to say I was amazed at the clarity of the phone connection. Needless to say, I was impressed. While the stone was in transit,we communicated by email and I was able to track the package with the number they provided.

The stone arrived via FedEx and is beyond my best expectations for beauty.

I purchased a 1.34 carat fancy yellow, cushion cut modified brilliant that has VS1 clarity. I knew what I was looking to find, I had done my research over the last ten years and feel that I am reasonably well versed in the study of gemstones.

I am only too pleased to write a review regarding my first tentative enquiry regarding the purchase of a diamond that had caught my eye whilst perusing the Leibish website.

To be perfectly honest, as the item wasn't of a significant size, (35pt - very light pink) I didn't really expect to get a reply at all. So when I received a reply the very next day, I was surprised to say the least. My dealings were with Mali, who dealt with my enquiry right down to the last detail, and I was impressed by the professionalism and courtesy, so refreshing in this day and age, and when the item was despatched to me before the monies had been received by Leibish, well what can I say - is this a first, or is this the norm?

I was able to track my purchase all the way from Israel to the UK, and everything was fine on arrival, perfectly packaged. To my mind, a company stands or falls by its customer service, and this company is second to none.

Judging by my own personal experience, I have no qualms whatsover in recommending this company to anyone.

An outstanding company with superior customer service!

I have been in the market for a special diamond for that special someone, but was having a hard time finding the Fancy Yellow cushion cut that I wanted to get her. I was skeptical about buying a diamond online, but tried Ebay anyway, just to see if I could at least find a yellow diamond in the carat and cut I wanted.

Fortunately for me, I found Leibish & Co., and was introduced to my sales person, Mali. In short, not only does Leibish carry some of the finest assortment of fancy colored diamonds in that you can easily see BOTH the stone and the certificate from their website, they also have the finest customer service I have experienced when shopping for jewelry, and that includes walking into a store.

I can't count how many emails Mali and I sent back and forth, and Mali was always prompt when responding. A true and honest expert that helped me find the right size at the right price, probably saving me a good thousand or two! I had to send my first selection back because it was too small, and Mali made even that easy. The 30-day return policy is perfect, and it only cost me $30 to return back to the NY store.

I would recommend this company to all those guys out there who want to find their girl that perfect stone, and have a very knowledgeable expert jeweler assist them, without the hassle and pressure usually associated with buying diamonds and jewelery. And hey, the stones are from Isreal, one of the finest nations known for quality diamonds! You can't find a better match...

I received my .51 ct fancy light gray marquise, and I am very pleased, I am a retailer and this will work very well in a retail store. I have told my friends and associates in the business about your web site, which I found on the Israeli diamond web site.

There is no way a fellow can go wrong on a 1/2 carat fancy color with a GIA color dossier, for 1100 dollars, what a great deal.
