Contact information will be used to notify winners and to award prizes. Tell A Friend
If users decide to participate in Leibish & Co.'s referral service by providing contact information of friends who may be interested in the www.fancydiamonds.net web site, the company asks them to provide their friends' names and e-mail addresses. Security

Once the customer's credit worthiness has been determined, all associated records are destroyed.
Special Offers
Leibish & Co. sends all new members a welcome e-mail to verify their passwords and user names. Established members will occasionally receive information about products, services and special offers. Correcting and Updating Personal Information
If there are changes to a user's personally identifiable information (for example, address or zip code), or if a user no longer desires Leibish & Co.'s service, the company will provide a way of correcting, updating or removing that user's personal information from our database. This can usually be done at the member information page or by e-mailing Customer Support.
Choosing to Opt-out
Leibish & Co.'s users are given the opportunity to 'opt-out' of having their information used for purposes not directly related to the web site at the point where they are prompted for information.
For example, when using the www.fancydiamonds.net order form to order an item, customers have an 'opt-out' mechanism enabling them to purchase products without being put on the company's mailing list.
Notification of Changes

Professional Appraisals
Leibish & Co. fully understands how important the purchase of a diamond, colored gemstone or jewelry is to our customers. The company is therefore willing upon request, to provide a professional appraisal report signed by a GIA certified appraiser for each item sold at no extra charge. In this way, buyers can be assured of the authenticity of the product they are purchasing. This appraisal is an estimate of the approximate retail replacement value of the purchase, and may be used for insurance coverage or other purposes.
The appraisal report contains valuable information such as:
- An accurate and complete description of the item
- The clarity, color and carat weight of the stone
- The stone's shape (pear, round, princess, emerald, etc.)
- The type of setting (platinum, gold, etc. where applicable)
- The source of its independent laboratory certification
(GIA, EGL, AGS, HRD, IGI), if applicable
- The approximate current retail replacement value
All Leibish & Co. appraisal reports are signed by a GIA Graduate Gemologist and the natural color of all stones is guaranteed.
